Item - Genuine Miniature Medal in mint condition with ribbon.

History and medal information - A skeletal badge with the crowned monogram of the sovereign surrended by an ova wreath, fitted with a ring for suspension. Awarded for 20 years commissioned service, service in the ranks counting half and war service double. It was superseded by the Efficiency of Decoration in 1930.
